Kelsey is an experienced accounting professional with over 15 years in the industry, carving out a career with a knack for simplifying the complex. She is known for her expertise in implementing best accounting practices, helping businesses streamline their financial workflows and maintain accurate, compliant records.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement, Kelsey has become a trusted advisor to many small business owners looking to optimize their financial management.

A New England native, she primarily spends her time in Newport, RI or in the The Berkshires, MA where she grew up. She continues to serve clients on both the east and west coast, specifically in the greater Los Angeles area where she once lived for many years.

Outside of numbers, Kelsey’s golden retreiver, Chase, is her constant companion, offering moral support during long days of financials and the occasional “paw-sitive” distraction. Together, they tackle the day—one perfectly balanced ledger at a time.

As our dedicated Chief Information Officer, Adam keeps the gears turning at Paper Trail. Whether it’s managing workflows, optimizing processes, or “auditing” the office snack supply, he’s the behind-the-scenes hero of our company.

IT issues? He’s your guy. With a keen eye for detail [and a questionable sense of humor], Adam ensures that everything runs smoothly—except when he’s cracking jokes that only he finds funny.

When he’s not keeping things organized, you’ll find him reminding everyone that he’s the favorite sibling, offering unsolicited financial advice, or plotting new ways to outsmart the office printer. A true team player, Adam brings efficiency, reliability, and just the right amount of chaos to the office.

Meet Chase, the friendliest and most loyal member of our accounting team. With a golden coat as warm as his personality, Chase has dedicated his career to boosting office morale, reducing stress, and ensuring that everyone takes well-deserved breaks.

Though his expertise in numbers is questionable, his ability to count treats is unmatched. When he’s not making rounds for belly rubs, Chase enjoys afternoon naps in the sun, quality control check on office snacks, and the ocassional zoomies to keep things exciting.
